Eggless Cakes are our speciality and in particular fresh cream cakes. Our range includes eggless chocolate cakes, eggless fruit cakes, wheat free eggless cakes and eggless carrot cakes.
We bake eggless desserts such as eggless cakes , eggless cup cakes and eggless cheese cakes. Over the last 15 years through trial and error we have developed a truly delicious range of eggless cakes and cheesecakes for a Lacto-Vegetarian or a Vegan diet or if you are allergic to eggs.
We ONLY bake lacto-vegetarian cakes so all our utensils are clean of any animal products.
A lacto-vegetarian diet is a vegetarian diet which includes dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, honey but excludes eggs, fish and any animal products which are derived from killing an animal.
We have also developed small dessert gifts given as a gesture of appreciation to guests from the bride and groom during a wedding, or for a birthday or that special anniversary. See our cheese cake section.
